2 GIANT REASONS TO CONSIDER SWITCHING TO GRASS FED BEEF AND HOW TO STUMP YOUR BUTCHER WITH THIS INFORMATION

1) The meat and milk from grass fed ruminants are the richest known source of a type of good fat called "conjugated linoleic acid" or CLA.  When ruminants (animals with multiple stomachs) are raised on fresh pasture alone, their milk and meat contain as much as five times more CLA than products from animals fed conventional diets. CLA may be one of our most potent defenses against cancer.

2) When someone is dealing with a chronic condition or any autoimmune disease. This is a really big deal!  The reason is the reduction of overall inflammation in your body. As early as a decade ago scientists and doctors around the world (TIME Magazine 2004) have linked inflammation to cancer, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, and almost every other disease.
